The home started out as 1985 contractor special with basic finishes and poorly laid out rooms.

After the rooms are re-laid out, new window locations are added, a built-in in the living room and much improved finishes, color selections and new furniture.

The kitchen is moved to the rear of the house and a coffered ceiling and arch are added.

This contemporary fireplace works well in this house with many traditional elements.

The new master bathroom is spacious, traditional and relaxing.

With a bookcase and a chair this unused corner is now repurposed as a library.

Additional windows in the rear of the house allow light in and a few of the rear yard which in phase 2 had a fireplace added. The sight lines let it be seen from the moment guests enter the front door.

The new kitchen has a new pantry which also serves as a home for the home’s electronics.
