The Fairbanks At City Front Plaza
When these clients purchased their first home together, they wanted to create a space that would “wow” guests without distracting from the stunning views of the city’s skyline. By adding built-ins made from warm exotic woods, utilizing a number of different textures, and developing a warm color scheme, Habitar Design was able to create a contemporary space that still feels warm and inviting.

Hyde Park Residence
This late 19th Century 2200 square foot space required an “Extreme Makeover.” Much of the original woodwork was reproduced and used as a springboard to inspire a library and media center. One owner, an avid baker, envisioned a baker’s kitchen while her husband envisioned a spa-like masterbath.
