The Fairbanks At City Front Plaza

 When these clients purchased their first home together, they wanted to create a space that would "wow" guests without distracting from the stunning views of the city's skyline. By adding built-ins made from warm exotic woods, utilizing a number of different textures, and developing a warm color scheme, Habitar Design was able to create a contemporary space that still feels warm and inviting.

Evanston Home

 This 150 year old house received a complete transformation when Stratagem Construction came in and gutted it, making structural changes that allowed for more open spaces throughout. Habitar's design team then did a wonderful job creating a modern, whimsical interior to fit the client's taste, without distracting from the home's vintage charm.

Belle Plaine

This Lakeview Single Family home is classic with a twist.  Vibrant accent colors, exotic accessories and avoiding cluttered create a contemporary feel.

The Opera Lofts

This contemporary Chicago Loft mixes cool industrial finishes and stark lines with warm organic materials to soften the industrial feel. Dabs of bright color create a particularly stunning effect.

These units were designed by Habitar Design and construction by Stratagem Construction. Cool architectural details such as columns of glass block, backlit tray ceilings and wall niches give this space unique character. Creative cabinetry designs and features allow commercially available cabinets to achieve a custom feel.

 Ravenswood Condo

   Habitar Design combined the client's traditional taste with the contemporary aesthetics this 100 year old building. The designers coordinated the remodeling 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a fire place.
